1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the net29 website accessible at https://net29.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimized versions, and any associated applications.
• "Member" / "You" means any individual who has registered a net29 account and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon registration, used to access net29 services and manage funds.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-withdrawable incentives credited to an Account by net29.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a Member can make withdrawals.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted on the net29 Platform.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified software algorithm that determines outcomes in net29's virtual games.
• "Services" means all products, features, tools, and content offered by net29, including sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot games, and all other wagering products.

2 Eligibility

To register and use net29 Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Net29 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Any Member found to be underage will have their Account immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of others).
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, and you are not using the Platform as a proxy or agent for a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of net29 or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• Your Account has not been previously suspended or permanently closed by net29 for any violation of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access net29 Services, you must complete the registration process and create a Member Account. By registering, you warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You must not use fictitious names, false contact details, or another person's identity.
• You will maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• You will register only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Net29 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• You will notify net29 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

Net29 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close Accounts that do not meet our eligibility or verification requirements.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Net29 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests, and in certain other circumstances at our discretion. KYC verification may require you to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — the standard document for Indonesian residents is the KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk, Indonesian National ID Card). Passports are also accepted.
• Proof of current residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or another recognized Indonesian institution, dated within the last 3 months.
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, to confirm that the person submitting the document is the Account holder.
• Documentation verifying the source of funds used for deposits, where required for compliance purposes.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from net29 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. All documents submitted are processed and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits

Net29 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following approved payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation of receipt. Net29 does not guarantee specific processing times, as these may be affected by the third-party payment provider.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Net29 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment sources. Deposits received from payment methods not belonging to the Account holder may be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Net29 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your provider before depositing.

6 Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — specifically, a bank account or e-wallet that matches the name on your KYC documents.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before those funds become withdrawable.
• Net29 targets the following indicative processing times: e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) within 30 minutes; major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) within 1–3 hours; other approved banks within 2–4 hours. These are targets, not guarantees, and may vary during peak periods or due to third-party processing delays.
• Net29 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, at its sole discretion, as part of fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering obligations.

Net29 does not charge withdrawal fees. If a withdrawal is returned by the recipient bank or e-wallet for any reason, net29 will credit the amount back to your Account Balance and contact you to resolve the issue.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Net29 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All offers are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Specific Wagering Requirements are stated on each promotion's page.
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited. Unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account.
• Net29 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to place bets, or colluding with other Members — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Promotions tied to specific sporting events (e.g., BRI Liga 1 finals, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup) or cultural occasions (e.g., Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, Idul Fitri) are governed by the specific terms published alongside each such promotion.
• Net29 reserves the right to apply a maximum bet restriction to any Account during a bonus period.

8 Betting Rules

Net29 offers a broad range of betting and gaming products, each governed by its own product-specific rules in addition to these general Terms. Key principles applicable across all products include:

• All bets and game rounds placed on net29 are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless net29 specifically provides a cashout or in-play amendment facility for the relevant market.
• Net29 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or manifest mistake. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's Account.
• For sports markets — including bandar bola (football bookmaking) lines, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — outcomes are determined by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. Net29 follows industry-standard settlement rules for each sport type.
• For all virtual games and slot titles, outcomes are determined by a certified RNG. Net29 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP values are long-run statistical averages across a large number of game rounds and are not guarantees of individual session results.
• Net29 reserves the right to impose bet limits on any market, game, or Account at any time, including maximum stake limits and minimum odds restrictions.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the net29 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-Account rule.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider trading, or any form of corruption involving sporting events offered on net29.
• Colluding with other Members, whether in live casino games, sports betting, or any other context, to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to circumvent net29's security systems, access other Members' Accounts, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Using net29 for any money-laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals fraudulently after withdrawing or using deposited funds.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

10 Responsible Gaming

Net29 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and actively promotes responsible gaming. We offer the following tools to help Members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. When the limit is reached, net29 suspends betting for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. Net29 will alert you when your session limit approaches and will enforce automatic logout when reached.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent suspension of your Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, login access is blocked and all marketing communications are suppressed.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the net29 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "net29", the Platform's visual design, logos, text, graphics, software, data, odds feeds, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of net29 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any net29 content without prior written authorization from net29. Any unauthorized use of net29's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, net29's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Net29 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Service interruptions, errors, or delays caused by factors outside net29's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider issues.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information or content on the Platform, including odds data and game descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits net29's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

Net29 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Member has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Member has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Member's Account is associated with fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other illegal activity.
• The Member fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request from net29.
• Net29 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

In the event of Account closure not resulting from a Member's breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method, less any amounts legitimately owed to net29. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.

14 Privacy & Data

Net29 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on net29, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Net29 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated service providers strictly as necessary to operate the Platform (e.g., KYC verification partners, payment processors) and where required by applicable law. 15 Amendments

Net29 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, net29 will notify Members by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. In cases of significant changes affecting Members' rights or obligations, net29 may additionally send a notification via the registered email address on the Member's Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which net29 holds its international operating license. Net29 is licensed and regulated internationally as a gaming operator.

In the event of a dispute between you and net29 arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
